This villa is located on a private and secluded waterfront estate, at Rif St. Marie on the western side of Curacao. This location is just a short 20 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from town center. The beach (a coral beach, excellent for snorkeling and diving) on property is less than 10 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes drive. There are two larger beaches within 10 minutes drive from this location.
THE VILLA
This villa is built on a cliff, directly waterfront with full ocean view. It's a replica of a Dutch colonial style plantation house. The theme of an old plantation house (rustic, warm, and comfortable) is carried out throughout the villa.
The villa has an open kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and all the basic things you need to prepare your own meal.
The spacious living and dining area has many doors that open up to the wrap around terrace. Both the living and dining area offer spectacular ocean view. The living area is equipped with cable TV, stereo and a telephone for your convenience.
The master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a private bathroom, a king size poster bed, a walk-in closet and doors that give access to the patio. The other bedrooms are located on the top floor. They each have a small balcony offering a nice view. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. One bedroom on the top floor has a king size bed while the other bedroom has three single beds of which two are adjoined as a queen size bed. These two bedrooms share one bathroom. There's also a small guest restroom in the hallway on the main floor.
The house has a gazebo next to the infinity pool where guests can lay back and enjoy the view.
CLEANING
The accommodation will be cleaned every 3rd or 4th day. Bed linen and towels are both present in the villa and will be replaced by the house keeper.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard. These are for the account of guests.

ARRIVAL
A damage deposit of US$ 500 will be collected at check-in for eventual damages. Deposit can be paid in cash or per credit card.

After office hours, we offer an emergency cell number if you need immediate assistance, 24/7.
