Lucy's Place is a charming hilltop beach house with a most amazing panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. From this house you are sure to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in the afternoon, and unhindered view of beautiful hills of Santa Martha that surround the bay. From which ever angle you look, a beautiful view is guaranteed. Be prepared! Because once you are here, you will never want to leave!
This cozy waterfront retreat is located at Santa Martha, on the southwestern side of the island.
The drive from the airport to Lucy's Place is approximately 25 minutes. The nearest supermarket to Lucy's Place is approximately 20 minutes drive away. Otrabanda and Punda (Curacao's historic town center) are located approximately 35 minutes away. Within 15 minutes drive is Christofell Park, a protected wildlife preserve and garden covering 4,500 acres of land. It features great hiking, mountain biking, car tours and nature walks.
This location can be best described as serene and secluded. It's best suited for people who enjoy a quiet and laid back atmosphere. It's ideal for example for couples seeking a romantic retreat, people who need a quite place for inspiration and privacy.
THE VILLA
The fenced garden (approximately 15000 sq ft.) is rocky with indigenous fauna, cacti and beautiful bougainvilleas. Lucy's Place can sleep up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, an open living/dining and kitchen, a large covered side terrace with BBQ facility, an overhanging back terrace with a most spectacular panoramic view, and a private side terrace right next to the second bedroom, where full privacy is guaranteed! The total area of the house is 968 square ft.

- Lucy's Place has free internet for guests. So please feel free to bring your laptop.
CLEANINGThe accommodation will be cleaned two times a week. Bed linen and towels are both present in the villa and will be replaced by the house keeper.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard. These are for the account of guests.
For those who would like basic items in the fridge, we offer our
grocery service.
ARRIVAL
Upon arrival to the island our host(ess) will wait for the guests at the villa, or he/she will meet them at the airport if escort service is requested. The host(ess) will show the villa to the guests, give them the key, provide you with the basic information about Curacao, and answer any questions you might have. The guests will need to complete a check-in form, which the hostess will keep. The guests are responsible for the villa during their stay. A credit card imprint is required as a deposit when guests check in. At check out the host(ess) will inspect the villa for damage, if there are no problems the credit card imprint will be destroyed.
