CLEANING
The accommodation will be cleaned once a week. Bed linen and towels are both present in the apartment and will be replaced by the house keeper.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the apartment prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard. These are for the account of guests.
For those who would like basic items in the fridge, we offer our
grocery service.
ARRIVAL
Upon arrival to the island our host(ess) will wait for the guests at the apartment, or he/she will meet them at the airport if
escort service is requested. The host(ess) will show the apartment to the guests, give them the key, provide you with the basic information about Curacao, and answer any questions you might have. The guests will need to complete a check-in form, which the hostess will keep. The guests are responsible for the apartment during their stay. A credit card imprint is required as a deposit when guests check in. At check out the host(ess) will inspect the apartment for damage, if there are no problems the credit card imprint will be destroyed.

During your stay you can contact our office during office hours with your questions or service requests.
After office hours, we offer an emergency cell number if you need immediate assistance, 24/7.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
Before, but also during your stay, you can request us to book you all kinds of activities or provide you with many services, like car rental, private cooks, massages or dive trips. All against normal pricing, without extra charge.
