The historical city center (Otrabanda/Punda) and the airport are at less than 10 minutes driving distance. With the swimming-pool right at your doorstep and at just a couple of minutes walking distance from the condiminium are the the Caribbean Sea and many other recreation opportunities, including many restaurants, bars and casino's.
THE CONDO
Located on the beautiful, exclusive Royal Palm Resort. Layout: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large terrace. Unique location at the beautiful pool, great sea view from the house.
The condo is very spacious and offers a grat view over the Caribbean Sea. Waking up here is definitely a treat for the eyes!
The condo is fully furnished, the kitchen completely equiped.
The condo offers cable tv; internet can be connected upoon request.
FACILITIES
In the Royal Palm Resort you will find a big tropical resort swimming-pool.
Just outsite the resort isone of the busiest hotel area's of Curacao where you find several restaurents, a casino, beaches and a dive school.
CLEANINGThe accommodation will be cleaned once a week. Bed linen and towels are both present in the villa and will be replaced by the house keeper.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard. These are for the account of guests.
For those who would like basic items in the fridge, we offer our
grocery service.
ARRIVAL
Upon arrival to the island our host(ess) will wait for the guests at the villa, or he/she will meet them at the airport if
escort service is requested. The host(ess) will show the villa to the guests, give them the key, provide you with the basic information about Curacao, and answer any questions you might have. The guests will need to complete a check-in form, which the hostess will keep. The guests are responsible for the villa during their stay. A credit card imprint is required as a deposit when guests check in. At check out the host(ess) will inspect the villa for damage, if there are no problems the credit card imprint will be destroyed.
