This villa is located on a private and secluded waterfront estate, at Rif St. Marie on the western side of Curacao. This location is just a short 20 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from town center. The beach (a coral beach, excellent for snorkeling and diving) on property is less than 10 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes drive. There are two larger beaches within 10 minutes drive from this location.
THE VILLA
This large four-bedroom villa is ideal for up to 4 couples or large families of up to 8 people, as each bedroom has its own bathroom. From this villa you have partial ocean view from the top level but the walk to the beach on property is just 5 minutes.
The layout of the villa is very unique. It is divided in three levels. One level is the main floor with a large open living and dining room, well-equipped modern kitchen, laundry room, and a spacious covered terrace. The level below features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The top level also features two more bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. All bedrooms have a king-size bed. Two bedrooms have direct access to terrace or patio.
CLEANING
The accommodation will be cleaned every 3rd or 4th day. Bed linen and towels are both present in the villa and will be replaced by the house keeper.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard. These are for the account of guests.

ARRIVAL
A damage deposit of US$ 500 will be collected at check-in for eventual damages. Deposit can be paid in cash or per credit card.

After office hours, we offer an emergency cell number if you need immediate assistance, 24/7.
