This hilltop villa with spectacular ocean view is located on a private and secluded waterfront estate, at Rif St. Marie on the western side of Curacao. This location is just a short 20 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from town center. The beach (a coral beach, excellent for snorkeling and diving) on property is less than 10 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes drive. There are two larger beaches within 10 minutes drive from this location
THE VILLA
This villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a small private pool and a beautiful unhindered view of the Caribbean Sea. It can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Right when you enter the house you will be swept away by the spectacular ocean view!
The glass sliding doors connecting the living area with the covered back terrace and pool deck give the house a nice indoor/outdoor atmosphere. The living room is very colorful furnished.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, six burner stove and oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. The dining area is located outside on the patio, where you will sure enjoy your meals.
All the bedrooms are approximately of the same size and furnished identically with a king size bed (two adjoined single mattress) in each one. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms also has a small safe where you can store your personal items.
CLEANING
The accommodation will be cleaned every 3rd or 4th day. Bed linen and towels are both present in the villa and will be replaced by the house keeper.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard. These are for the account of guests.

ARRIVAL
A damage deposit of US$ 500 will be collected at check-in for eventual damages. Deposit can be paid in cash or per credit card.

After office hours, we offer an emergency cell number if you need immediate assistance, 24/7.
