Villa Verde is a brand new house completed in February 2007. It's located in a private resort called Villa Park Zuurzak, on the eastern side of the island in the area of Jan Thiel.
Villa Park Zuurzak is a private residential community with 24 hours security at the main gate. From this location you are less than 10 minutes from Salina (shopping area) and only 15 minutes drive from town center (Punda)There are supermarkets, restaurants, and gas station conveniently located within 5 to 10 minutes drive. The nearest beaches are Caracasbaai, Baya Beach, and Jan Thiel Beach. All within 10 minutes drive.
THE VILLA
This spacious house features:

The spacious living and dining room is open and inviting. It features a dining table for six, comfortable seating area, TV with cable, DVD, and Dolby digital sound system, and air-conditioning. The modern kitchen features dishwasher, stove, microwave/oven, refrigerator, and lots of storage compartments. Next to the kitchen is a laundry/storage room. The house has two queen size beds and two single beds and can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
The housekeeper will clean the house once a week (mid week). Bed and bath linens will be provided. After departure cleaning is not included in rental rate and is charged separately.
CAR
Guests can rent a Chevrolet Spark (4 doors, manual transmission, AC, alarm, 2007) for US$45 per day plus 5% tax. Rental rate includes insurance (all risk). Own risk is US$150. A credit card imprint is required for own risk deposit. The car is conveniently parked at the house.
CLEANING
The accommodation will be cleaned every 3rd or 4th day. Bed linen and towels are both present in the villa and will be replaced by the house keeper.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard. These are for the account of guests.

grocery service.
ARRIVAL
Upon arrival to the island our host(ess) will wait for the guests at the villa, or he/she will meet them at the airport if
escort service is requested. The host(ess) will show the villa to the guests, give them the key, provide you with the basic information about Curacao, and answer any questions you might have. The guests will need to complete a check-in form, which the hostess will keep. The guests are responsible for the villa during their stay. A credit card imprint is required as a deposit when guests check in. At check out the host(ess) will inspect the villa for damage, if there are no problems the credit card imprint will be destroyed.
