This villa is located on a private and secluded waterfront estate, at Rif St. Marie on the western side of Curacao. This location is just a short 20 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from town center. The beach (a coral beach, excellent for snorkeling and diving) on property is less than 10 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes drive. There are two larger beaches within 10 minutes drive from this location.
THE VILLA
This beautiful 3-bedroom L-shaped villa is located on a cliff directly waterfront and has a magnificent view over the ocean. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and king-size beds (joined twin beds) that can be separated upon request. Two of the three bedrooms offer ocean view and doors that open up to the terrace and pool deck. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator.
The tropical furnished living is spacious and cozy with high ceiling, tropical furniture and decorations, a TV, stereo and telephone for your convenience. The villa has two dining areas; one in the living and the other one outside on the terrace, where you will surely enjoy your meals while watching the beautiful sunsets or the boats passing by.
In front of the villa you will find a well-maintained and tropical garden with colorful flowers and tropical plants. The spacious back terrace is partially covered. There are several pool chairs that are placed around the pool.
CLEANING
The accommodation will be cleaned every 3rd or 4th day. Bed linen and towels are both present in the villa and will be replaced by the house keeper.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard. These are for the account of guests.

ARRIVAL
A damage deposit of US$ 500 will be collected at check-in for eventual damages. Deposit can be paid in cash or per credit card.

After office hours, we offer an emergency cell number if you need immediate assistance, 24/7.
