Since 1998 we’ve been offering our customers (mostly private homeowners) property management and reservation service. They add their properties to our portfolio of accommodations and we market them to potential customers worldwide.

But “How much can I ask for my property”?
 

The value of the property plays an important role in determining the rental rate but it’s not the only factor. Other factors like sleeping capacity, surrounding area, beach or waterfront location, swimming pool, distance to beach, quality of furnishing, special services, etc.  also play an important role. Properties with swimming pool are in higher demand. We will help you in the process to determine the right rental rate for your property.  But we can only set the rental rate for a property when it’s fully completed and ready for rental, not when it’s in construction or not yet furnished and ready for rental. We will base our suggested rental rate on our experience and in comparison to other rental homes. Remember, the rental rate will determine the kind of renters that you can expect. But the higher the rental rate, the higher the expectation of the renters, so the better the quality of the rental should be.
